Lancaster NPT Day of Action

Good morning,

You may have noticed a larger Police Presence on and around the Marsh estate yesterday.  This was part of Lancaster Neighbourhood Policing Teams Day of Action.  We had the Neighbourhood team out on foot as well as Two teams from the Mounted branch.

Several stop-searches and home visits were carried out as well as various intel entries submitted. We were able chat to a number of local residents as well as visit the Marsh community centre to discuss some of the issues which were raised. 

We also had the urban Task Force, who provided support and carried out their own stop-checks and targeting. In addition to The Police, the Animal Welfare Inspectors from LCC were able to do some checks and home visits.
